The four listed real estate investment trusts (REITs), distributed in aggregate Rs 27.54 billion to the unitholders in the first half (H1) 2024-25. The disbursement recoded an increase of 14 per cent increase from Rs 24.17 billion in H1 2023-24. There are currently four listed REITs, namely, Brookfield India Real Estate Trust, Embassy Office Parks REIT, Mindspace Business Parks REIT, and Nexus Select Trust.
