Waaree Energies set to launch Rs 43.21 billion IPO

Waaree Energies is set to launch Rs 43.21 billion initial public offering (IPO) for subscription on October 21, 2024. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 36 billion and an offer for sale (OFS) of 4.8 million shares aggregating to Rs 7.21 billion. The proceeds from the raise will be utilised to set up a 6 GW manufacturing facility for ingots, wafers, solar cells, and PV modules.
