More than 75 percent work completed at Mopa airport

More than 75 per cent of construction work has been completed on Phase I of the Mopa International Airport Project. The work on runways has also been completed. The project, being developed by GMR Infrastructure Limi­ted (GIL), involves the development of air-side, terminal and land-side infrastructure at Mopa airport in Goa on a-design-build-finance-operate-transfer basis, under the public-private partnership (PPP) model, for a concession period of 40 years.
