MoR enhances railway infrastructure in Lucknow

The MoR has started three new trains in Lucknow and opened a new coa­ching complex at Gomti Nagar station. Meanwhile, in Uttar Pradesh, rail­way projects worth Rs 97 billion are under construction. Gomti Nagar station, in the city’s eastern outskirts, has been planned as a terminal station, with space for other necessary amenities such as a coaching complex. The development of Gomti Nagar as a terminal station has made it possible to transfer long distance trains from here.
