Bagmane Prime Office REIT files DRHP for IPO

Bagmane Prime Office REIT has filed a DRHP with SEBI to raise  Rs 40 billion through an IPO. The IPO will comprise a fresh issue of  Rs 30 billion and an OFS of Rs 10 billion. The proceeds will be utilised to acquire new office assets worth up to Rs 28 billion, with the remaining funds earmarked for general corporate purposes.
