Citius TransNet Investment Trust, a road sector infrastructure investment trust (InvIT), has filed a draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for an initial public offering (IPO) of Rs 13.4 billion. The proceeds from the fresh issue, up to Rs 12.35 billion, will be utilised for the acquisition of 10 road assets and the remaining for general corporate purposes. The sponsor of the trust is Epic TransNet Infrastructure, wholly owned by Infrastructure Yield Trust managed by EAAA India Alternatives Limited (EAAA).
