Ravi Infrabuild files DRHP for Rs 11 billion IPO

Ravi Infrabuild Projects Limited has filed its DRHP with the SEBI to raise Rs 11 billion through IPO. The issue is entirely a fresh issue with no OFS component. The proceeds of the issue will be utilised for the purchase of new equipment, repayment of debt, and general corporate purposes.
