NCC Limited has received two advanced work orders worth a total of Rs 108.04 billion (excluding GST) from Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) for deploying the BharatNet middle-mile network. The contracts cover the Uttarakhand circle (Package 5) and the Madhya Pradesh, Dadra and Nagar Haveli (DNH), and Daman and Diu (DD) circles (Package 1).
The Uttarakhand contract is valued at Rs 26.47 billion (excluding GST), comprising Rs 15.43 billion in capital expenditure (capex) and Rs 11.03 billion in operating expenditure (opex). Meanwhile, the Madhya Pradesh, DNH, and DD contract is worth Rs 81.57 billion (excluding GST), with Rs 41.89 billion allocated for capex and Rs 39.68 billion for opex.
