Anant Raj Cloud Singapore and Orange Business Services Singapore have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Haryana government, through the Department of Industries and Commerce, to promote Haryana-based cloud and data centre services in global markets and facilitate the hosting of overseas data in the state.
The pact builds on Anant Raj’s earlier commitment of Rs 250 billion towards data centre infrastructure development in Haryana, announced in June 2026. Under the MoU, Anant Raj Cloud Singapore will promote Haryana as a global hub for data centres, cloud and artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure, undertake global marketing of Ashok Cloud, the company’s cloud platform, and facilitate onboarding of overseas customers. Anant Raj has committed to developing approximately 307 megawatts of IT load across its Manesar, Panchkula and Rai campuses, with further investments planned in phases.
Orange Business will explore opportunities as a technology partner for data centre and cloud services, including AI workloads and high-performance computing, while also supporting Anant Raj Cloud Singapore’s go-to-market initiatives in international markets. Haryana has introduced a dedicated Data Centre Policy 2026 offering a range of incentives to support data centre infrastructure development.
