Jainco Buildcon Private Limited has won a contract worth Rs 867.98 million for implementation of a water supply scheme (WSS) in Domchanch, Jharkhand. Bids for the same were invited by Jharkhand Urban Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (JUIDCO) in February 2024.
The scope of work includes development survey, design and construction of reinforced cement concrete (RCC) component, infiltration well, intake well cum jack well, approach bridge, water treatment plant (WTP) having a capacity of 10 million litres per day (mld), raw water transmission line, a distribution network of 45.87 km with supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) automation including operation and maintenance (O&M) of five years.
