PGInvIT completes 100 per cent acquisition of four POWERGRID SPVs for Rs 5.06 billion

POWERGRID Infrastructure Investment Trust (PGInvIT) has completed the acquisition of 26 per cent equity shares of four SPVs from Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (POWERGRID) for Rs 5.06 billion. The SPVs include POWERGRID Kala Amb Transmission Limited, POWERGRID Parli Transmission Limited, POWERGRID Warora Transmission Limited and POWERGRID Jabalpur Transmission Limited. With this acquisition, the InvIT has a 100 per cent stake in the above-mentioned SPVs.
