Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) has exited Mindspace Business Parks REIT (Mindspace REIT) through a block deal comprising 54.3 million units sold for Rs 19.26 billion. The shares units were sold at Rs 354.3 per unit. Further, the investors in the units sold include ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund (Rs 3.75 billion), Capital Group (Rs 3.62 billion) and HDFC Standard Life Insurance (Rs 1.4 billion).
