Vipin Kumar has been appointed as the new chairman of the Airports Authority of India (AAI).
He has taken over the position from M Suresh.
Kumar is an Indian Administrative Services officer of the 1996 batch, Bihar cadre. He previously served as the additional secretary for the Department of School Education and Literacy of the Ministry of Education.
