Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) has reported 8 per cent decrease in net profit in the first quarter of the financial year (FY) 2024-25. The net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 4.8 billion as against Rs 5.21 billion profit in the first quarter of 2023-24.
The revenue from operations witnessed 3.45 per cent increase from Rs 37.61 billion to Rs 38.91 billion during the period under consideration.
The total sales volume stood at 785.98 million standard cubic meters (mscm), compressed natural gas (CNG) volumes at 587.12 mscm, liquefied natural gas (LNG) at 0.41 mscm and piped natural gas (PNG) volumes at 198.45 mscm during the April – June 2024 period.
