Ozoneland MEP Solapur Ring Road Private Limited, the special purpose vehicle (SPV) formed by Ozoneland Private Limited and MEP Infrastructures Developers Limited, has received the provisional completion certificate (PCC) for the completion of construction work on Solapur Ring Road Project (SH-205).
The SPV was formed by Ozoneland (with 74 percent holding) and MEP Infrastructure Developers (with 24 percent holding) has executed the project. The project involves improvements to Solapur Ring Road from 0 km to 28.8 km, 29.8 km to 44.6 km, 48.4 km to 54.15 km and 62.0 to 66.55 km, in Maharashtra under HAM at an estimated cost of Rs 2,138.2 million.
