Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited (KOEL) has launched the latest product range of its technolo-gically advanced, intelligent diesel generator (DG) sets, called the iGreen series. The products on offer have an inbuilt feature to enable remote monitoring. The iGreen DG sets undertake self-diagnosis and in case a problem is detected, it is reported electronically to the control room.
These DG sets also have an inbuilt automatic mains failure panel, which enables the DG set to switch on automatically when the grid power goes off and switch off automatically once the grid power comes on. In addition, a QR code-based service manual, an LED-based power status indicator, a boltless canopy design, etc., are some of the other key features of the new product range.
