Foundation stone laid for project to provide drinking water from Bhakra Mainline in Jind

Foundation stone has been laid for a project to provide drinking water from the Bhakra Mainline in Jind city in Haryana. The project will cost Rs 3.88 billion. Furthermore, waterworks for the regular supply of drinking water in Asan and Shiva villages was also inaugurated at an approximate cost of Rs 0.053 billion. A project for augmenting sewage systems in Narwana colonies worth Rs 0.76 was also sanctioned.
