Inox Clean Energy acquires around 300 MWp operational solar portfolio from SunSource Energy

Inox Clean Energy Limited has acquired around 300 MWp of operational solar power assets from SunSource Energy Private Limited through its renewables IPP arm, Inox Neo Energies Limited. Of the total portfolio, around 250 MWp has already been acquired, while the remaining 50 MWp is under acquisition. The acquired projects are spread across 13 states, including Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra, and are held through multiple SPVs. The assets operate under long-term power purchase agreements (PPAs) with commercial and industrial consumers, with a weighted average PPA tenure of about 24 years.
