Waaree Forever Energies Private Limited, a subsidiary of Waaree Energies Limited, has received an intimation of a letter of award (LoA) from Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) for the development of a 300 MW wind power project in Dwarka, Gujarat.
The company has also entered into a power purchase agreement (PPA) with SECI for a tenure of 25 years from the scheduled commencement of supply date. The project forms part of SECI’s larger wind power tendering programme for capacity addition in Gujarat.
