REITs and InvITs AUM crosses Rs 9 trillion mark

Real estate investment trusts (REITs) and InvITs have crossed the Rs 9 trillion mark in assets under management (AUM). According to projections by the Indian REITs Association (IRA) and Bharat InvITs Association (BIA), their combined AUM is expected to reach Rs 25 trillion by 2030. At present, there are five listed REITs and 27 registered InvITs, of which five are publicly listed.
