EIIL wins contract for augmentation of existing underground sewerage network in Dombivli Area, Maharashtra

Eagle Infra India Limited (EIIL) has won a contract worth Rs 1,585.73 million for augmentation of existing underground sewerage network in the Dombivli Area under the Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation (AMRUT) 2.0. Bids for the same were invited by the Kalyan Dombivli Municipal Corporation in September 2024.

The scope of work includes repairs to existing 14 million litres per day (mld) sewage treatment plant (STP), sewerage pumping station construction/ repairs, treated sewage and raw water sewage rising main, gravity sewer network, reinforced cement concrete (RCC) ground service reservoir (GSR)/ sump, pumping machinery, transformer substation and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) automation.

The work is likely to be completed in 18 months.
