Anand Vihar station under the Delhi-Ghaziabad-Meerut Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) project is likely to be operational by December 2024.
Besides, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) has conducted inspections on the station.
The project involves development of 82.15 km RRTS connecting the Delhi-Ghaziabad-Meerut corridor in Delhi and Uttar Pradesh with an investment of Rs 302.74 billion.
