The Commissioner of Metro Railway Safety (CMRS) has granted approval for commercial operations on priority corridor (Jama Masjid-Taj East Gate) of the Agra Metro Rail Project-Phase I. The project involves development of 30 km long metro rail system in the city at an investment of Rs 83.79 billion.
