Investcorp Group has made a second investment in warehouse development and operations platform, NDR Warehousing Private Limited. In addition to its previous investment in the warehousing platform’s $55-million round, the firm has now signed a cheque for Rs 5 billion ($61 million). Investcorp anticipates a long runway ahead for the sector, especially with an InvIT listing under evaluation.
