MoRTH has sanctioned funds for various road projects in different states. The Mulakalacheruvu-Madanapalle two/four-laning road project involves rehabilitation and upgradation from two lanes to two/four lanes with a paved shoulder of the Mulakalacheruvu to Madanapalle section of National Highway (NH)-42 in Andhra Pradesh on an EPC basis. The government has approved a budget of Rs 4.801 billion for the project. The government has approved a budget of Rs 3.887 billion for rehabilitation along with upgradation of the design chainage from km 170.7 to km 234.56 to two lanes with paved shoulders of NH-30 in Andhra Pradesh. Meanwhile, the Kesinga road overbridge (RoB) project involves the construction of a four-lane RoB including land acquisition in lieu of Level Crossing Number RV-172 at km 176 of NH-201 (currently NH-26) at Kesinga in Odisha. The government has approved a budget of Rs 3.241 billion for the project. The Uttar Pradesh-Bihar Border-Chandauli two-lane road project involves the construction of two lanes with paved shoulders in EPC mode on NH-219 in Uttar Pradesh. The government has approved a budget of Rs 1.283 billion for the project. Additionally, MoRTH has sanctioned funds worth Rs 18.14 billion for 23 project works in Madhya Pradesh, covering a length of 600.13 km under the Central Road Infrastructure Fund scheme for 2021-22.
