Sany India donates ventilators with the CII Foundation

As hospitals are reeling from an acute shortage of ventilator beds and other medical supplies amid the rising Covid-19 cases in the country, Sany India, in association with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Foundation and CII Pune, has donated three ventilators to Sassoon General Hospital, a large state-run hospital in Pune.

“The consecutive days of record-breaking infections have posed an unprecedented threat to the healthcare system. Hospitals across the country are overwhelmed with infected patients and facing an acute shortage of medical supplies. Sany India is doing its bit in the spirit to battle Covid-19 by donating ventilators to Sassoon Hospital, which is relentlessly working on the ground to treat patients hit by the deadly virus,” said Deepak Garg, managing director, Sany India & South Asia. Sany India was incorporated in 2002 and offers a wide range of construction machinery in India and South Asia. The company operates in four business verticals – excavator, heavy equipment, concrete machinery and renewable energy.
