Ceigall Jalbehra Shahbad Greenfield Highway Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ceigall India Private Limited, received the provisional completion certificate (PCC) for the Jalbehra-Shahbad four-lane greenfield road project in Haryana on October 19, 2026. The project was declared fit for provisional commercial operation from August 27, 2026.
The project involves construction of a 22.85 km four-lane greenfield road on the Jalbehra-Shahbad section of NH-152G, from km 0 to km 22.85, forming part of the Shahbad-Thol feeder route. The project has an estimated cost of Rs 5.572 billion and is being implemented under the Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) in Phase I of the Bharatmala Pariyojana.
