Himachal Futuristic Communications Limited (HFCL) has won a new contract worth Rs 26.66 billion from Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) for the Uttar Pradesh (West) telecom circle under the BharatNet phase-III project.
According to the company’s regulatory filing, the scope of the contract includes the supply, installation and commissioning of telecom equipment and related accessories, deployment of an optical fibre cable (OFC) network, and maintenance of the network for 10 years following a one-year warranty period.
