NOVA Control Tecnologix (NOVA), a subsidiary of e2E Transportation Infrastructure, has collaborated with Tata Elxsi for the development of the Kavach 4.0 system.
Under this collaboration, NOVA will serve as the primary original equipment manufacturer (OEM), responsible for the manufacturing, testing, and integration of the system, and Tata Elxsi will handle hardware and software design, prototyping, cybersecurity engineering, and safety certification [in compliance with Research Designs and Standards Organisation (RDSO) requirements and Safety Integrity Level (SIL) 4 standards].
Additionally, NOVA has also announced its launch as a full-stack rail OEM.
