Dassault Aviation acquires additional 2 per cent stake in DRAL

Dassault Aviation has acquired a 2 per cent stake in Dassault Reliance Aerospace Limited from Reliance Infrastructure for Rs 1.76 billion. Following the deal, the joint venture will cease to be a subsidiary of Reliance Infrastructure, as its shareholding reduces to 49 per cent from 51 per cent.
