Alpex Solar secures around Rs 2.6 billion via preferential issue

Alpex Solar Limited has secured approximately Rs 2.6 billion through a preferential issue of 21,46,600 equity shares and warrants. The funds will be used to scale up the company’s module manufacturing capacity. The preferential issue attracted participation from leading investors and funds. Earlier in August 2025, Alpex Solar announced to set up a solar module manufacturing facility in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, with a capacity of 1.2 GW.
