The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) has extended the timeline of the Solar Park Scheme for a period of three years, i.e, up to FY 2028-29 (March 31, 2029) without any additional financial implication, for completion of the ongoing parks and clearing committed liabilities.
Further, new sanctions/ approvals shall be accorded for any available capacity under the scheme only till March 31, 2026.
