23.95 km of piling work completed for Sevoke-Rangpo new rail line project in Sikkim, West Bengal 

Northeast Frontier Railway has completed about 23.95 km of the piling work for the Sevoke-Rangpo new rail line project. Besides, 36 km of tunnel mining works, 16 km of tunnel lining works, and 828 m of pier work has been completed.

The project involves construction of 44.96 km long new broad-gauge line connecting Sevoke in West Bengal to Rangpo on the West Bengal-Sikkim border at an investment of Rs 78.76 billion.
