NMRC grants approval for implementation of Noida Sector 142-Botanical Garden Metro Project

The Noida Metro Rail Corporation (NMRC) has granted its approval for the implementation of the Noida Sector 142-Botanical Garden metro project on December 27, 2023. The project involves the development of a metro rail network connecting Corridor 2 (Janakpuri West-Botanical Garden) of Delhi Metro Phase III through the Botanical Garden metro station to Sector 142 in Noida, covering a distance of 11.56 km at an estimated cost of Rs 22.54 billion. A total of eight stations are planned under the project: Botanical Garden, Noida Sector-44, Noida Office, Noida Sector-97, Noida Sector-105, Noida Sector-108, Noida Sector-93, Panchsheel Balak Inter College End-Noida Sector-142. The project is likely to be completed in 36 months.
