Saatvik Green Energy Limited has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, Saatvik Power Storage Solutions Limited, to focus on battery technologies and energy storage systems in India.
The move is aimed at expanding the company’s clean energy platform beyond solar manufacturing and projects into integrated renewable energy and storage solutions. The new subsidiary plans to explore opportunities in 20 GW of energy storage capacity over the next five years and will target utility-scale, commercial and industrial, retail and residential battery and storage applications.
