CleanMax Enviro Energy Solutions Limited (CleanMax) will open the bids for its initial public offering (IPO) of equity shares on February 23, 2026. The IPO will comprise a fresh issue of up to Rs 12 billion and an offer-for-sale of up to Rs 19 billion by promoters.
Furthermore, the price band for the IPO has been set at Rs 1,000 to Rs 1,053 per share at a face value of Rs 1 each for the IPO. Investors can place bids for at least 14 shares and in multiples of 14 shares thereafter. Proceeds from the fresh issue will be utilised to repay or prepay, either partially or in full, certain outstanding borrowings of the company and/or its subsidiaries. The remaining funds will be allocated for general corporate purposes.
Earlier in July 2025, CleanMax and Toyota Tsusho India Private Limited entered a long-term partnership to jointly cater to the clean energy needs of Japanese corporations operating in India.
