Oswal Greenzo Energies, a joint venture between Oswal Energies Limited and Greenzo Energy India Limited has been awarded a contract to design, supply, install, test, and commission a 5 megawatt (MW) green hydrogen plant at Deendayal Port in Kandla. The project is being developed under the Government of India’s Sagarmala Programme.
This milestone development will establish India’s first green hydrogen facility at a major port. The plant will be delivered on an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) basis and is designed with scalable infrastructure to enable future capacity expansion up to 10 MW.
Upon commissioning, the facility is expected to produce around 800 tonnes of green hydrogen annually, contributing to cleaner port operations and supporting green mobility solutions.
