He further outlined five major commitments for Gujarat, including expanding investments, strengthening global leadership in clean energy and green materials, and building large-scale renewable energy projects. He highlighted that Reliance is building what it described as the world’s largest integrated clean energy ecosystem in Jamnagar, spanning solar, battery energy storage, green hydrogen, green fertilisers, sustainable aviation fuel and maritime fuels, along with advanced materials.
Furthermore, he highlighted that Reliance aims to transform Kutch into a global clean energy hub through a multi-gigawatt utility-scale solar project supported by advanced storage and modern grid integration for round-the-clock clean power supply.
On digital infrastructure, he noted that Reliance is building India’s largest artificial intelligence (AI)-ready data centre in Jamnagar with the stated goal of enabling affordable AI for every Indian. He added that Jio will launch a people-first intelligence platform designed to provide AI services in local languages and make them accessible for citizens through everyday devices.
