Aegis Vopak Raises Rs 10.3 billion via NCDs

Aegis Vopak Terminals has raised Rs 10.3 billion through the issuance of NCDs. The funds were raised through a private placement. The company allotted 1,03,000 redeemable, senior, rated, listed, secured, taxable non-convertible debentures through private placement. The debentures are planned to be listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE).
