KKR sold a 2.6 per cent stake in India Grid Trust for Rs 2.77 billion through an open market transaction. The deal comprised around 20 million equity shares at an average price of Rs 131.01 per unit. India Grid Trust is India’s first listed power sector infrastructure investment trust (InvIT).
