The Halwara Airport civil terminal building project is likely to be completed by end March 2024. The project involves the development of an international civil terminal at Halwara Indian Air Force (IAF) station in Ludhiana in Punjab. It is being developed by the AAI and the Punjab government through a joint venture (JV) in the ratio of 51:49 respectively at an estimated cost of Rs 4.25 billion.
