Centre invests Rs 33 billion in inaugurating two national highway projects in Lucknow

The government has unveiled two national highway projects in Lucknow, with a combined investment of over Rs 33 billion. The first project, Madiyav-I.I.M. on NH-24, boasts a 4-lane elevated corridor completed six months ahead of schedule.

This development enhances connectivity from Lucknow to Sitapur, alleviates congestion at Bhitauli Tiraha and Jankipuram Extension, saving commuters more than 30 minutes of travel time and fuel. The second project, a 4-lane road from Naviganj to Mitrasenpur in the Aligarh-Kanpur section, will ease traffic flow between Naviganj, Kannauj, Mitrasenpur, and Delhi.
