Adani Green to raise $500 million via dollar bonds

Adani Green Energy, the renewable power arm of Adani Enterprises, is planning to raise $500 million-$750 million by selling dollar bonds, to refinance its debt and expand its business. Reportedly, Adani’s bonds could be of 5-10-year maturity where rates could be in the range of 7-8 per cent, depending on the investor response. The dollar-denominated securities will be raised under the Regulation S programme, which is available to global investors outside the US.
