Deendayal Port Authority (DPA) Kandla, Gujarat, signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Green-Kutch NextGen Private Limited on January 11, 2026. This partnership advances India’s National Green Hydrogen Mission by fostering a local green hydrogen ecosystem at the port. The collaboration targets empowering micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), creating jobs for youth, and speeding up decarbonisation efforts.
DPA plans to build the Kutch Green Hydrogen Park with plug-and-play infrastructure for modular green hydrogen production and storage facilities, supporting India’s net-zero ambitions. This hub will enable industries to scale green hydrogen operations efficiently.
