Embassy Office Parks acquire an office asset valued Rs 8.52 billion

Embassy Office Parks has entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire a 0.3 million square feet office asset in Bengaluru, at a deal value of Rs 8.52 billion, from the Xander Group. The asset is located in Embassy GolfLinks Business Park in Bengaluru. The asset is fully leased to the Fidelity Group.
