Megha Engineering & Infrastructure Limited (MEIL) has secured a Rs 130 billion order from the Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL) to construct two 700 MW nuclear reactors.
Under the contract, MEIL will supply and construct Kaiga Units 5 and 6 in Karnataka. The orders worth Rs 128 billion and was awarded through the quality cum cost based selection process.
