Ashok Leyland has announced the complete acquisition of Ohm Global Mobility Private Limited (OHM). The acquisition is being carried out from OHM International Mobility Limited for a nominal amount of Rs 0.1 million, reflecting that OHM is yet to become operational. Following this acquisition, OHM will now function as a fully owned subsidiary of Ashok Leyland.
Additionally, Ashok Leyland has announced its intention to invest up to Rs 3 billion as equity into OHM, aimed at facilitating the operationalisation of the company.
