The foundation stone has been laid for four-lane Road Over Bridge (ROB) in lieu of Level Crossing (LC) no. 3 Guntur-Nambur Project. It has been sanctioned at a cost of Rs 1.08 billion.
Moreover, land acquisition of 2.9 acres is required for the project. The 668 m wide ROB will replace Level Crossing (LC) gate no. 3 on the Guntur-Krishna Canal section of Guntur-Nambur line.
The project involves construction of four lane ROB in lieu of Level Crossing (LC) no. 3 between Guntur and Nambur in the state of Andhra Pradesh at an estimated cost of Rs 1.08 billion.
