Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Insolation Energy Limited, has received letters of award from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) for nine solar projects with a cumulative capacity of 99 MWac/128.7 MWdc. The projects will be developed at multiple locations across Maharashtra under the Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana 2.0.
The projects have been awarded at a levelised tariff of Rs 2.90 per kWh and will operate under 25-year power purchase agreements (PPAs). The projects are to be commissioned within 18 months from the execution of the respective PPAs and will entail an investment of approximately Rs 4.25 billion.
