CMR Green Technologies Limited will open the bids for its initial public offering (IPO) of equity shares. The IPO comprises an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 32,858,323 equity shares by existing shareholders. This consists of 4,959,428 shares by the promoter selling shareholder, 1,000,000 shares by a Hindu undivided family (HUF), 500,000 shares by another HUF, and 26,398,895 shares by the investor selling shareholder. The offer includes a reservation of equity shares worth up to Rs 25 million for eligible employees under the Employee Reservation Portion.
